Research Design

The study was conducted at Holy Cross College at Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija.
Target Respondents: 3rd year and 4th year College at Holy Cross College
The researchers gathered the information by conducting an interview of a 3rd year and 4th year
students at Holy Cross College.

Objective:
This questionnaire is to gathered information and discover how many students are working in
this pandemic and how they can manage their own schedule.
1. The profile of the working student respondents will be described in terms of:

e. Year Course:
f. No. of Children:
g. Parents Occupation
3. What are the possible effects of time management in working students in academic
performance?
Target Respondents
1. Instead of considering just 3rd and 4th year students, it’s better to also include 1st and 2nd year
working students. In short, all college working students.
2. Ideally, it’s best if you will have respondents from each year level on the different programs.
Questionnaire
1. What experiences are you trying to ask to the respondents? Is it work related? Academic
related? personal? At least enumerate this constructs in your question # 2 so that you can focus
on these experiences.
4. In question # 6, you may also ask the working students of the root causes or reasons of their
complaints. And you have to explicitly state that it is work-study time-management related.
5. Ask the working students of their strategies in managing their time. This will help you in SOP
# 5.
