That the documents provided by the seller of the said property are legal
and complete.
That the buyer will take loan against the said property and when the bank
approves the documents of said property then the buyer will make the
another 10% payment against the total sale consideration.
That if the bank disapproves the documents of the said property then the
seller has to complete the papers or give back the said token money.
