Feminism is good ?

Do you ever asked your self what is feminism ? Or if it is good or bad ? In

this essay we will discuss these three reasons . Feminism allows equal
opportunities for both sexes , feminism help to involve the world to a peasefull and
equal world ,last but not least feminism help women to have higer chance to
became leaders .

Feminism allows equall oportunities for both sexes . in feminism humans

advocate equal standing of both men and women in terms of desires . according to

feminism is "create equaty wich is essensial for levelling the playing field to
ensure that no oenes rights are Violated due such as race, gender ,language,
religion , sexual oriation ,gender identity , bitical or others beliefs. " Did you know
what most people confuse about feminism ? the majority of people confuse
feminism with feminsm (not a very comum word ) . Feminism is is the belief that
men and women should be equal and femism is the belief the women are superior
and mens are bad and should not exist …

Do you ever wonder about a peaceful community ? would be much better

right? ? if we achieve gender equality ( the feminism goal , because feminism
provides women whith increased education opportunities ,the right to vote ,
protection against work discrimination acording and more to Britanica.com ) so if
we achieve gender equality we will increase lots of the machism and women
discrimination this could be a start for a peaceful and lovely community .
 Feminism give higeer chanse to womens in leadership ?the feminism encorage
womens to go to leadership ? according to Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman
famous actress and a knowledge feminist said "A feminist is a person who
believes in the power of women just as much as they believe in the power of
anyone else. It's equality, it's fairness, and I think it's a great thing to be a part of.”
so yes feminism is a men or a women who figth for equality and the feminism
encorage womens to become a leader . But let argue about why we don't have lots
of womens in leadership what are the challenges according to kelley school
Of business some of the challenges are… first being treated equally (having the
same opportunities as men have ) advocating in their own ,ambition in men is
considered a sign of strength , but women cannot trust their ambition to pursue as a
positive attribute trusting their own voices("women need to overcome internal and
external barriers to find the confidence to express their ideas.) for women in
business "it can be challenging to trust their unique aspects of the female
executive presence and recognize them as personal and organizational assets

leader ship.

both sexes why it changes people people mind to a better thinking and can involve
our comunity to a peaceful and lovely world and how feminism to go to leader ship
