We refer to your telecom discussions had with you, We are herewith submitting our tentative offer for
500 kVA D.G. Set Major Overhauling. However we can give you the exact estimation after dismantling
and accessing the subassemblies.

500 KVA D.G SET VTA28 G3 ENGINE MAJOR OV ERHAULING

WITH REQUIRED MATERIALS AND JOB WORKS. Ls. Rs.6,50,200.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1 PRICES : 12.36 % Service Tax. And 2% CST against form-C

2 PAYMENT : 50 % Advance along with P.O., 40% against Proforma Invoice balance 10% after
successful commissioning.
3 WARRANTY : One Year or 3 600 running hours whichever is earlier.
4 DURATION : The above job can be completed within 12 days. The Job Work items like
Cylinder Heads, Cam Followers, P. T. Pump, Injectors etc. will be removed and
taken to
Our workshop for calibration / repairs. All the other jobs will be done at the site.
5 NOTE : 1 The above prices quoted are as per M/s. KIRLOSKAR CUMMINS Price List.
In case any extra spares are required, same will be supplied and charged as
per the price list.
