Sustainability of the project

Sustainable and Sustainability are used to describe many different approaches for improving our
life. As per our business, it could be defended as an ability or capacity of something to be maintained or to
sustain itself. There are many departments of sustainability but the main are three environmental
sustainability (location and raw materials/ingredients resources), economic sustainability (financial
resources) and social sustainability (the market itself).
Next Step
To achieve sustainability, the following steps can be done

 Use of local and organic ingredients.


 Organic foods have an environmental benefit as they do not use harmful pesticides and
fertilizers to increase their yield. People tend to disregard the higher price of organic
foods for their nutritional benefits.

 Choose to work with “green” suppliers or those businesses that are also committed in
sustainability.
Sustainability can be coined with the word “CONSISTENCY”. If we promote “green” in
terms of our product, partners or suppliers where we get our raw products and materials
should be consistent also with what we promote.

 Know the response of customers to know what will need to improve.


Continuous improvement is a vital ingredient to sustainability. To achieve this, we must
identify the loopholes of the business through customer feedback. Consumers’ voice should
be heard to improve the process.

 Check the tools and equipment regularly if it’s clean and make sure that all the
ingredients are fresh.
Sanitation and quality of the product should be the top priority in providing product-
oriented business. No matter your product may look appetizing, the big question that we
should answer is how the product was produced. Does it qualify to the health standards
mandated by the national and local government?

 Comply and analyze the market strategies you need to give what the market needs.
When making plans or setting strategies for business, these should be implemented. A
comprehensive planning and testing to easily identify what the customers really want
should be done to extent that we use tools such as, for example- survey, interview, research,
and testing. Market strategies should be implemented as planned.
