Yes, I have a large family. I have six brothers and six sisters.
My brothers live in Riyadh.
One of brothers is an engineer and another brother is a
businessman.

2. Tell me about the place you live in
I live in a small city, namely Tra Vinh city. It is a place with friendly and kind
people. I usually visit my hometown by bus. My hometown is famous for Dừa Sáp.
I always looking forward to come back home because I love where I live.
3. What’s your favorite season ? Why ?
I love spring because the weather is very nice. It is not too hot or not too cold. I
can go out in the morning and at night. I can play outside with my children.
4. What’s your favourite music?
I love classical music. My favourite musician is Beethoven. I like classical music
because I feel relaxed when I listen to it. I listen to music on the radio and on the
internet. I listen to music before sleeping.
5. Talk about your mother
My mother is a teacher, and her name is Thanh. She is 40 years old. She is tall and
slim, and she have long hair. She is a very nice and friendly person. At the
weekend, she usually goes to the mall to buy something , and I really enjoy going
with her.
6. Please describe your typical day.
I usually get up at 7 o’clock. I make breakfast, then I read newspaper. I drink
coffee and I check my phone. Then I do some exercise. After this I take a shower.
7. Tell about your favorite film.
My favourite film is Titanic
It’s an America film.
It’s a love story and romantic movie.
I watched the film in the cinema.
It’s my favourite movie because I like the actors.
8. Please describe your journey here today.

9. Describer your house

I live in a small house. It is located in good area in Qatif It has two bedrooms and
two living rooms. There is a big window in the living room. There’s a small garden
too.

The news.
1. How has the reporting of news changed in the last fifty years?
That’s an interesting question. 50 years ago the news was reported by radio. People
didn’t have internet and not many people had TVs. Radio was very important 50
years ago worldwide. People could listen to the radio at home, in their cars or in
the restaurant.

2. Is it common to live far from school in your country? Why?

3. Tell me about a time when you gave or received a gift.
Last year, I recived a gift from my friend in my birthday. She gave me a book,
namely Harry Potter. It was a very special gift. I was very happy about this. I read
this book every day. Besides, I can learn somethings throught the stories in the
book
4. Why is it important to give people gifts on special occasions?
It is very important to give gifts to build good relationships. People communicate
with gift giving. People feel happy when they receive a nice gift. It’s a nice way to
make good memories on special occasions.

6. Tell me about a game you played when you were a child.
I used to play many games in my childhood. Here I would like to talk about hide
and seek. Because, it was my favourite game. I used to play this game with my
friend in my house. Sometimes, I also used to play in my school yard. There is no
limit to the number of players in this game.This game was very important and fun
to me.

1. When did you last attend a wedding?

I attended a wedding a year ago. I went to my sister’s wedding. I wore a black
dress and golden shoes. The wedding was held at a hotel/a castle. I was very
happy…
2. Why are weddings important to the families involved?
Weddings are important because it is a day to see all of my
family together. The families are happy for couple. It
is an important day to say ‘congratulations’ to the married
couple.

1.What would it be like to work on these two farms?
- In this first farm it would be difficult to work there. The farmers are working by
hand, so it would take a long time to complete the work.
- In the second farm it would be easy to work there. The farmer uses a machine so
it would be faster. It also making more money.

2. Which method of farming is better for the community?

I think the second method of farming is better for the community. It takes a short
time, you don’t need many employees and don’t effect in their health.

1. Introduce yourself
My name is Thanh Thư, I am 22 years old. I was born in Tra Vinh city. I am
currently a final-year student at SG University. My major is English Language. In
my free time, I love going to shopping with my best friend. In the future, I will
trying my best to become to a good teacher like my mother.
2. Family
There are 3 people in my familly. My father is a doctor. My mother is a teacher in
the primary school. About me, I am currently a final-year student at SG University.
In the weekend, We spend a lot of free time together to cook a special meal. So, I
learned from my mother many delicious food. My family means the world to me.

2. Introduce your friend:

Thao is a best friend that I get along with in college. She is my roomate. She has
the beautiful smile and long hair, she makes friend with others easily by her
friendly. Besides, She is a good listener. When things are sad, I tell her. Talking
with her I felt very comfortable. I am very happy to have a close friend of hers.
4. Famous person:
A famous person who I am really like is My Tam. She is a best pop singer in Viet
Nam with beautiful voice. I really like the way she expressed the feeling with the
song. So, I like him so much that i wish i becam a famous person like her in the
future.
5. Talk to school:
Iam going to discuss about my primary school namely Tan Hiep.It is one the
famous and good school in my area. The teacher in my old school are friendlly and
willing to help their student.I really enjoyed my time in school with my friends by
playing different games in play ground.
6. Last time visit my friend:
“Last time I visited my old friend was last summer. I visited my friend Jennie and
her family. I spent the weekend with her and we went to the beach. We had a great
time together. When I have free time, I will visit her family again.”

Please describe your house.

“I live in a small house. It has got two floors. On the ground floor there is a small
hall with a long corridor. There is a small living room, with a chimney and a
window, and a kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.”
My hometown
I was born in Hung Yen city. It is 60km from Ha Noi. It takes me 2 Hours to get
there. I usually visit my hometown by bus. It is a small city but very peaceful, at
night the city would turn completely black very early unlike big cities. People here
are hard working and kind. My
hometown is famous for Nhãn Lồng. I always looking forward to come back home.
3. Food/ Drink:
Pizza is my most favorite food above all. If I got the chance, I would eat pizza
every meal. I can make pizza with new toppings, i always try to be creative with
pizza. I think Pizza 4Ps is the best place to eat delicious pizzas. They are made
fresh with awesome cheese on top. I usually eat pizzas with juices or soft drinks
