“The music in the living room was blaring cause I was cleaning and moving

the chairs back to where the chairs back into place when we watch the
movie last night & also I was singing to the music.” I said, ”Do you

mom”it was Mi Vida Loca (my crazy life) by Pam Tillis.’’I said “Carson
what else do you remember that had happened that night.’’ mom said “all
of the sudden” “Moving chairs and then fighting happening there was
screaming,crying,& yelling happening I am trying to get Allen off of me
and he forcing me on the ground fighting going on.” “Allen made me mad
and he tried to make me mad even more so he decides to punch me in my
stomach as hard as he can then runs to his room like he did nothing and
you saw it momma and he probably forgot about the surveillance cameras
in the living room.I said, “Carson okay is that all you remember.”said mom
“No,I remember calling yours and dad name really loud then Allen came
back in the room and when and got yall two to come in the living room, I
felt I was losing balance and I think I got a concussion when I fell and it felt
like I was going to die and I think you or daddy had called 9-1-1.’’ I said
“Carson did you see anything else or hear anything else.” mom said, “The
last thing I remember was that a person said was where is he at and you
daddy i was laying on the floor in the living room it felt like I just went and
fell asleep.” I said “Carson do you remember going to the hospital”mom
said “yes I remember going to the hospital because I remembered waking
up in the hospital bed.then i do not know how I woke up in my bed this
morning.”I said “Carson is that all you remembered that day” said mom
and then Allen walks in the room “hey Carson i am sorry for what I did on
monday.”Allen said “looks what today is and see’s Wednesday” “HOLD ON
TODAY IS WEDNESDAY I’VE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR TWO DAYS
LONG” i said “I said I was sorry” said Allen “YOU SHOULD BE IN JUVIE
FOR THAT I AM SURPRISED THAT YOU ARE NOT IN JUVIE RIGHT
NOW I WONDER IF OFFICER BISHOP IS NOT HERE CAUSE THAT IS
OUR COUSIN I THINK I JUST SAW HIM COME IN RIGHT NOW” I said
“oh my god carson get over it right now.” Allen said. “No Allen I won’t get
over it OFFICER STUARD BISHOP get in here right now.”I said “ NO” said
