Quality

Santa Barbara NCHS both the Junior High School and Senior High School reported to have zero (0)
failing grades for First Grading period and Second Grading Period for School Year 2021 – 2022.

With the zero (0) cases of failing grades, the following were observed both by the Junior and Senior
High school community

Best Practices

1. Although the case is zero(0) for the failing grades, the teachers exhausted their efforts
to communicate with the learners and parents to comply with all the required papers
for their subjects for the learners to submit.
2. Teachers communicated with the LGUs to helped reaching out learners who are not
replying to different communicating means by the teachers. In addition, the school
created the BPGO to helped in communicating and distribution of modules.
3. Teachers persisted to communicate with the parents and schedule the parents for a
meeting together with the learners who are at risk of getting a failing grades, thus,
saving them to fail the subject.

Temporarily Enrolled

1. Junior High school have one (1) male of temporarily enrolled learner and the primary reason of
their status is having still a balance for their previous tuition fee to pay in the private school.

2. Senior High school have one (1) male of temporarily enrolled learner and the primary reason of
their status is having still a balance for their previous tuition fee to pay in the private school.

Interventions:

1. The principal asks those who are temporarily enrolled to submit a certificate of no obligation
and sign the affidavit of undertaking that state when they will comply for the requirements of
the school for them to be enrolled.
2. The adviser is constantly communicating with the originating school and follow up the status of
the learner. In addition, the teacher also in constant communication with the parents of the
learners to settle the balance from the private school so that they school can clear the learner
from any financial obligation.
