The Ultradian rhythm is biological clocks or cycles repeated by our bodies

throughout the day. One of these cycles, is the natural cycle of activity and rest.

In our sleep, we dream every 90-120 minutes, this rhythm continues during the
day.

Every 90-120 minutes, the body needs to take a short break to repair and
maintain health & well-being. But not a coffee break, instead it needs a
psycho-physiological break to revitalize and to get back into equilibrium.

When we keep going and consistently ignore these essential breaks, we are
disturbing the balance & rhythms of the mind, body & spirit. The neglect leads to
health issues & stress-related disorders such as depression, mood-swings, eating
disorders and many psychological problems.

How to take psycho-physiological breaks

1) Channel the Sekhem energy.
2) Tap gently 20-30 times on the chest over the thymus point (using fingers or
fist).
3) As you tap breathe consciously & slowly and visualize pure golden light
filling your chest.
4) Now place your hand over the thymus for few more minutes or as long as you
feel the energy is still flowing.

Thymus gland is situated between the throat & the heart, it is a twin lobed organ
responsible for producing white infection-fighting blood cells.

This simple & easy technique fills the body with vitality and plays an important
role in boosting the immune system.

It develops immunities against various diseases by releasing a hormone essential

to the immune system known as THF (Thymic Humoral Factor), it is the
hormone that acts on lymphocytes, causing them to change into plasma cells,
which subsequently form antibodies that produce immunities.
