English learning should be given to elementary school children!

Answer :

primary school students haven’t focused on grammar, but rather focus on

aspects of language acquisition

a. Introduce the vocabulary around the students ; table, chair, door, window,
parts of body, name’s of fruits. The teacher introduces a new word with
clear and correct speech, using real pictures or objects.
b. Learning with story telling method, reading a story to childrens woud have
many benefits, from the stories, the children would acquisition the new
vocabulary.
c. Learning with children song, with rhytme childrens can imitate and found
new vocabulary with more quickly
d. Practicing, the teacher trains students to imitate and practice : “This is my
nose” and teacher ask for students to repeat after her.
e. Create a fun learning for students, do it by learning with fun games. Using
media that is interesting and concrete.

2. Explain how young learners learn language!

Answer :
Children learn language by listening, imitating, doing. Especially for the early
stages of language learning, we must really pay attention to this.
a. Real things ; table, chair, door, window, parts of body, name’s of fruits
b. Introduce simple sentence and practicing ; this is a book, it is blue cap,
and ask for student to repeat after you, and you can change the subject
or object, I buy two books, I buy two erasers. This method was easiest
for them, and of course, most effective. Therefore, when we teach
language to children, the easiest way is to provide examples
(pronunciation) and actions (for the meaning of the spoken word).
c. Learn English with daily activities ; I wake up at 5 am, At 6 o'clock I
prepare my uniform, and I go to school.
d. Practicing, the teacher trains students to imitate and practice : it is a
book and then ask for students to repeat the the words that have been
spoken by the teacher.
e. Drawing, the teacher ask for students to draw each vocabulary.

So, in learning English, children must be able to listen to the words that
are spoken correctly by the teacher, so that when children imitate what the
teacher says, they pronounce it correctly too.The wrong pronunciation and
imitation by the child, will result in the child always mispronouncing certain
words. It is better before teaching children, the teacher ensures that the
words to be conveyed to the children are correct.

3. When children learn language (English) there are two principles that teachers
must understand, namely:

a. Meaning must come first, if the children do not understand the spoken
language, they can not learn it.
b. To learn discourse ( the text ) skills, children need both to participate in
discourse (the text ) and to build up knowledge and participation.
Explain the two statements above!
Answer :
In this case, the language acquisition aspect is very important. When
learning English, the first aspect that must be mastered is understanding the
meaning of a vocabulary. when the child doesn”t understand then of course
the goal is not achieved. So the first step to take is to introduce vocabulary
that is near with students. Then asked him to say together, after that may
show picture and explain the meaning of vocabulary.
In this case. Learning language children need to participate in discourse
texts. This can be done with learning with story telling method, reading a
story to childrens woud have many benefits, from the stories, the children
would acquisition the new vocabulary. The teacher can tell the story
individually, or make it a class project. By having students enter all of their
vocabulary correctly into the text, students get the opportunity to learn the
proper spelling and definition, as well as how to use the words in context.
