PREMIUM ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE

(Actual working days)

It is hereby declared and agreed that the first premium and all renewal premiums that may be accepted are to be
regulated by actual working days. The Insured shall apply to the Company each the working instruction included
number working days used during any one period of insurance before contract works actually done. If the number of
actual working days was more than 50% (a half) of insurance period, the Insured is obliged to pay the balance
proportionately and if the number of actual working days was only 50% (a half) of insurance period, the Company
don’t be obliged to refund the premium

Subject otherwise to all other Terms, Exceptions and Conditions of the Policy.
