OCCUPATION : Gas Engine Power Plant (PLTMG) 2X4 MW

PERIOD OF COVER : TBA

RISK LOCATION : Ds. Marga Tunggal, Kec.Jayaloka, Kab.Musi Rawas - Sumsel 31665

INTEREST INSURED : All operation of the insured, including, but not limited to PLTMG Musi
Rawas 4X2 MW and all other activities and any other occupation related to
the Insured’s nature of business

TOTAL SUM INSURED : USD. 7.400.000.00 for Machinery Breakdown

USD. 845.000.00 for Business Interuption

THE COVERAGE : the premises mentioned therein, suffer any unforeseen and sudden
physical loss or damage from cause such as erection, bad workmanship lack
of skill, carelessness, shortage of water in boilers, physical explosion,
tearing apart an account of centrifugal force short circuit
strom, or from any other cause not specifically excluded hereinafter, in a
manner necessitating repair or replacement.

CLAUSES : Aplicable to section I - Machinery Breakdown

 Appraisement Clause (5% of total declared values)

 Automatic Reinstatement of sum Insured (subject to additional premium).

 Average relief clause (30 days)

 Cancellation Clause.

 Capital Addition Clause (limit 10% of TSI)

 Cover for Extra Charges for Overtime, Night work, Work on Public holidays, Express
Freight MR 006 (limit 10% TSI)

 Cyber risk exclusion clause

 Cost of Re Writing Record Clause (10% of Loss)

  Debris Removal and Clean up Cost Clause (limit 10% of Claim amount with a
maximum USD. 300,000.00

 Extra contractual obligation exclusion clause

 Loss notification clause (30days).

 Nominated adjuster clause

 Payment on Account Clause (limit 25% of Loses)

 Terrorism and sabotage exclusion clause

 Waiver of Subrogations Clause (Againts Subsidiary Only)

 Co-Insurance

 Deferred Premium Premium Clause (6 times monthly + 15 days)

- No cover given before your bind confirmation received by us and/or

subject to no loss up to your binding date
