COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

UNDERSIGNED PARTIES:

, resident of ____________________________ herein known as

the PRIVATE COMPLAINANT;

And

NORIEL TANGALIN, resident of ________________________________, herein referred to

as the ACCUSED;

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the parties are willing to settle the case amicably;

NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. Herein private complainant agreed that the accused shall pay the total amount of
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php18,000.00) as final settlement of the above
entitled case;

2. . That the above stated obligation shall be paid under the following terms and
conditions:

a. That the cash bond posted by the accused in the amount of NINE
THOUSAND PESOS (Php9,000.00) shall be waived in favour of the
private complainant as partial payment of the above stated obligation;

b. . The remaining balance amounting to NINE THOUSAND PESOS

(Php9,000.000) shall be paid on a monthly instalment basis within a non-
extendible period of two (2) months under the following schedule, to wit;

1) May 15, 2022 - Php3,000.00

2) May 31, 2022 - 3.000.00
3) June 15, 2022 - 3,000.00
 3 Furthermore, it was agreed that all payments shall be undertaken before the Office of
the Clerk of Court of this court, with the presence of both parties.

4 The Private Complainant shall cause the PROVISIONAL DISMISSAL of the

above-entitled case against the accused by virtue of this Compromise Agreement;

5 Parties agree that any breach of the provisions of this agreement will entitle the
aggrieved party to immediately move for the execution of the decision embodying
this agreement or to resort to court for REVIVAL;

6 Upon successful compliance of the conditions embodied in this instrument, the

parties agree to have the case PERMANENTLY DISMISSED.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed to the
above stipulations, and sign this Agreement at PMC San Fernando, La Union, on the 25th day of
April 2022 for the consideration of the Honorable Court.
