Promote a better environment
for young parents.

Reduce pregnancy among


women 19 years old and below.

Provide healthcare for young


parents and their baby.
Help young parents to
become active and become
better versions of themselves.
Week 1: Preparation
Day 1 - Forming a team
Day 2 - Brainstorming about the chosen program
Day 3 - Research for the ideal community
Day 4 - Finding a partnership or sponsor
Day 5 - Visit the ideal community
Day 6 - Schedule the partnership or sponsorship.
Day 7 - Prepare for gathering information
Week 2: Gathering
Day 1 & 3 - Went to San Fernando's Barangay Hall for
gathering information (populations, assets, etc.)
Day 4 - Ask for some young parent to be
interviewed with.
Day 5 - Check for other possible issues/problems in
the community. (Vices of Youth)
Day 6 & 7 - Brainstorming about the solutions
needed in the community.
Week 3: Planning
Day 1 - Talking with the sponsors
Day 2 - Planning the activities (Livelihood Activities
& Counselling Programs)
Day 3 & 4 - Buying goods and clothes
Day 5 - Meeting with other health center staff
Day 6 - Buying medicines and equipment
Day 7 - Rest and prepare the things to be deliver in
San Fernando
Week 4: Performing
Day 1 - 2: Livelihood Seminar and Activities for
Young Parents
Day 3: Giving goods and clothes to Young Parents
Day 4: Counselling for a Day (Seminar)
Day 5: Check up of Young Parents including
immunization to the pregnant adolescent
Day 6: Offering of medicines and machineries in
Health Center of San Fernando.
Day 7: Giving financial assistants to Young Parents.
Long-Term Plan
Provide them a warehouse wherein they can use to
craft things.
Finding a full scholarship to give to young parents
who wanted to continue studying.
Renovate and extend their health center.
Providing them a salon/parlor that they can work of.
Send a supplies of goods and other important
sources once a month (diapers, vitamins, etc.)
