Project title: Smart Test Students Knowledge System

1.0 Brief description of the system

The purpose of this system is to test the students knowledge and grade their level of IQ before sitting for the test or exam through this medium. This system will evaluate the students performance in particular section such as multiple choice question, subjective question and essay question for particular subjects. This system will generate question at random from the database. This system will grade the students level in particular section by the number of question that they got correct. If the students perform well in particular section means the same question will not repeat again if the students wants to take the test again but their perform badly means otherwise. Each student who wants to test their self before going for test or exam can login to these system using their student id and password. This system only can use within the campus area only because to make sure the question is private and confidential for the university students only. Therefore, this system will not only to test students knowledge and grade the IQ level but the system also tells in which section the particular students perform excellent and weak.

2.0 Project Objective

i. ii. iii. iv. A website that would test the student performance before their final exams. System that can evaluate students performances by evaluating the correct answers. To make the students more confident to sit for their test or exams. To help the student to identify their mistakes in certain area and make them correct their mistakes before the test or exams.

2.1 Mission Statement The system would be able to test the students level of IQ effective and efficiently to make the students feel safer before their exams, by securing the students confidential results or particulars and cost less to the developers by using the database efficiently.

3.0 Project Scope

The scope for this project is to focus more on the efficient usage of database and effective how the system will evaluate the students performances.

3.1 Overview of Project Scope Area Concerned: Efficient way to use database and how the system will evaluate the students performances. Users: Students who interested to score excellent result in their test and exam.

4.0 Outcome of the project

The project should be able to provide the high level architecture of the system that can evaluate the students grade and their knowledge level before the final exam.
