In continuation of this office ref. 3rd cited, the Officers noted in the address entry

Further, it is informed that the following categories shall be given priority and shall be
called for counselling first in order of seniority as per G.O.Ms.No.273 HM&FW (O2) Department
dated 21-05-1999.
 1. Spouse working in Government
2. Employees who have one year of service left for retirement
3. Physically handicapped
4. Widow / Un-married women

The remaining candidates will be called in order of seniority for counselling after
the above categories.

In view of the above, the eligible faculty mentioned above for promotion for the
post of Professors are informed that if they come under any one of the categories
mentioned above they have to mail the supporting documents to the following email on
or before 01-09-2021 by 5.00 PM without fail to dme mail i.e. dmegoap@gmail.com

Further, the Principals of Govt. Medical Colleges and Superintendents of Govt.

teaching Hospitals are also requested to submit the information whether they have
availed spouse factor for counselling for promotion for the past 8 years.

Further, it is informed that the officers in the address entry are requested to furnish
email ID and Cell Phone Numbers of the above faculty on 01-009-2021 by 5.00 PM. by mail.

The officers noted in the address entry are further requested to inform the above faculty
to attend for Zoom Conference for opting their place of posting on promotion as Professor on
02-09-2021 at 11 AM onwards, and instruct concerned Associate Professors to present at
O/o the concerned Principals for Zoom Counseling.
