TYPE OF LESSON: communication of new knowledge- Writing a film review
MATERIALS/RESOURCES: Textbook, board, laptop, videoprojector, worksheet
AIM OF THE LESSON: to be able talk about a movies, make recommandations, give opinions on something;
OBJECTIVES/ COMPETENCES
-cognitives:
a) to be able give their opinion;
b) to be able write a film review;
c) to enable Ss to perform written tasks similar to those encountered in real life;

-affective:
a) to participate actively in the English lesson;
b) to feel free to express their own opinion, thoughts and experience;
c) improving the students ability to use the new information in a meaningful context;
METHODS AND TECHNIQUES:
- communicative approach, direct method;
-techniques: conversation, explanation, brainstroming, question-answer;

ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS: students might need further help and extra indications in solving the tasks and they may also need some of these
indications to be given in Romanian.; while working in groups, students can be noisy, some may be more passive
