Terms and Conditions
1. Rent of Allotted Accommodation. Adm and Tech Staff Officers and Faculty on lump
sum pay package pays the following Rent:-
a. NUST Villas (4xBed Room) - Rs 44,000.00 PM
b. NUST Villas (3xBed Room) - Rs 38,500.00 PM
c. Isra Apartment (3xBed Room Flat) - Rs 27,500.00 PM

d. Isra Apartment (2½ x Bed Room Flat) - Rs 19,800.00 PM
(F, G, H & J Blocks)
e. Isra Apartment (2x Bed Room Flat) - Rs 12,100.00 PM

2. The allotment will be cancelled if the accommodation is not occupied within

15 days from the date of allotment.

3. In case of non-acceptance of the allotment, the allottee will be placed at the bottom of waiting
list.

4. C&M Branch will provide electricity bills in respect of all residents to Fin Dte before due date.
Gas bill will be paid by the occupant directly where single meters are installed. As far shared
meters, Fin Dte will issue the bill based on C&M monthly bill.
5. For any complaint related to triple play service, please contact as under:-

6. Allottee will be responsible to ensure that his/her monthly dues are

deducted every month. In case of any irregularity, he/she must immediately inform Adm and Fin Dte
as required.

7. In case, when the accommodation may be un-attended. Estate Office Adm Dte may be
intimated.
