What should be done before the exam?

1. The question paper will be uploaded 30 minutes prior to the examination. The timing of the
examination is clearly mentioned in the timetable. The question paper, in all subjects, is a
subjective paper consisting of various types of questions.
2. Strictly adhere to the timing mentioned in the question paper.
3. Download the question paper from the subject folder on Edmodo or print a copy before the start
of the examination.
4. Carefully follow the exam guidelines mentioned in the question paper.
5. Follow the teacher’s instructions before the start of the examination.
6. The teacher has the right to remove any student who is not adhering to the examination policies
at any time.

What should be done during the examination?

1. Your camera should be switched on and focused on you/your answer sheet at all times.
2. Do not have your parents, friends or anyone else at home helping you with the answers.
3. Do not have any other gadgets/ software in use other than Zoom at the time of exam.
4. The exam has to be completed on time.
5. No one should ask for clarification of doubts related to the questions during the course of the
exam.
6. Silence should be maintained throughout the examination.
7. Write legibly in blue ink and avoid scribbling on the paper.
8. Refrain from all forms of cheating and always maintain the integrity of the examination.

What should be done after the examination?

1. Once you have finished the examination, take time to check your answer paper.
2. Then, scan your answer sheet and upload it on Edmodo via ‘turn-in’ WITHIN 20 MINUTES after the
end of the examination. If you have not printed the question paper, upload your saved document on
Edmodo.
3. Images sent on Whats App will not be accepted for correction.
4. The answer paper has to be uploaded to the specific subject folders on Edmodo in the assigned task
section.
5. Late submission of answer paper can result in disqualification.
6. The answer sheet should be uploaded only in PDF or WORD document and not as image.
