1. Any refunds done within the period mentioned is not reflected in this Assessment Form.
2. Cash discount shall be deducted from the total fees if full/cash payment is made on or before November 29, 2021.
3. A student who drops any or all of their enrolled classes supported with a Load Revision Form for dropping prior to the opening of classes shall get a refund
equivalent to the total amount already paid, less charges for the Registration Fee and ID Fee. If the student files the Load Revison Form for dropping within one (1)
week from first day of classes, the student shall be required to pay 10% of the total amount of matriculation. If the student files the Load Revision Form for
dropping before two (2) weeks from first day of classes, the student shall be required to pay 20% of the total matriculation. If the student files the Load Revision
Form for dropping after the two (2) weeks from first day of classes, the student shall be required to pay in full amount of the total matriculation.
4. Late payment fee of P200.00 per month shall be charged if installment payments are not paid/settle on or before the specific due dates.
5. Tuition and fee charges are subject to change without notice, should the situation demand it.
6. For A.Y. 2021 - 2022, the following are subject to Additional 15% Discount: Registration fee, Library Resources fee, ID fee, Athletic Development fee, Academic
Community Advancement Program fee, Cultural fee, Guidance Counseling fee, Insurance fee, Energy fee, Handbook fee, Credential fee, Information Technology
Development fee, Student Information System fee, and Learning Management System fee. Full scholars, Basic Education students, Senior High School students,
and Masters/Graduate students are not included in this additional discount scheme.
