In pursuant to your opinion of opening a Foundation Home in the heart of Aden Yemen,
we have come to conclusion that your opinion be satisfactory and as part of the
constitution in the Republic of Yemen, and also as a law abiding citizen of Yemen;
we say we are very glad to your opinion of helping the needy.

In consideration therefore for the grant approval of the foundation home, you are to report
to the Ministry of Public Works and Roads, Aden Yemen with a deposit sum of 24,033,600.00
Yemeni Rial equivalent to $96,000 (Ninety Six Thousand United States Dollars).
