SUBJECT: DMSION ORIENTATION ON PHIL-IRI ADMINISTRATION

1. This Division shall conduct a One-Day Orientation on the Administration of the

Philippine Informal Reading lnventory (PHIL-lRl) on fune 27, 2019, 8:OO AM, at the
Bulwagan ng mga Guro, Division Office Compound, Catarman, Northern Samar.

2. It aims to orient participants on the essential information about the PHIL-IRI, the
general directions for administration in the Four Stages, and the specific directions
for the administration ofthe PHIL-lRI Graded Passages.

3. There shall be 2 participants from each district composed ofthe PSDS/PIC and the
District PHIL-IRI Coordinator. They are requested to bring external or hard drives or
USB for the e-copy of the Manual.

4. No registration fee shall be collected from each participant. No lunch and snacks shall
be served. Travel expenses and board and lodging of participants shall be charged
against school MOOE sublect to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.

5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance to this Memorandum is highly expected.
