SELF FINANCE PROGRAMMES ADMISSION 2022-2023.

THIRD YEAR IN-HOUSE STUDENTS

Students are requested to follow the following steps for Admission:-

1. Check the Admission Schedule and Admission Fee end of this notice.
2. Visit the college website www.patkarvardecollege.edu.in
3. Login into students Portal - Login with your SID
4. Pay the prescribed Admission Fee as per the guidelines given below.
5. Click on “Fill Admission Form”
6. Fill the online Admission Form
7. Take the Printout of duly filled Admission Form.
8. Affix your latest passport size photograph on the printed admission form.
9. Students will have to fill up the Anti-ragging Undertaking Form on the
websitewww.antiragging.in Student will need to fill up the form that appears on this
websites.
Student will receive a copy of the Undertaking by email, and they will need to submit
the Undertaking online as per the given instructions. Also students will have to take a
print –out of the completed Undertaking and submit it to the College along with their
admission form whenever called.
10. Attach the necessary documents with the admission form as given below :-
1. Xerox copy of all Previous Semesters Mark sheets.
2. Xerox copy of Caste Certificate (for Reserve Category)
3. Xerox copy of Income Certificate (for Reserve Category)
4. Xerox copy of Non Creamy Layer Certificate (for Reserve Category)
5. Xerox copy of Domicile Certificate (for Reserve Category)
6. Xerox copy of Physically Challenged /Learning Disability (if applicable)
7. Xerox copy o Affidavit for Change name / marriage cert. /Govt. gazette
(if applicable)
8. Xerox copy of Aadhar Card
9 Xerox copy of Online Payment Receipt (RTGS / NEFT)
10. Printed copy Anti Ragging Undertaking form.

Note: All above documents with admission form has to be submitted in

hard copy as and when required by the college.

3. Click on “Pay Here”
4. Fill all the necessary details.
5. Select your Academic Year & Program carefully.
6. Enter the required fee amount.
7. Select any one of the following option for payment.
i) Payment through Credit cards :- 0.80% of transaction amount
ii) Payment through Rupay Debit Cards :- No transaction Charges
iii) Payment through UPI :- No transaction Charges
iv) Payment through Net banking :- No transaction charges for all banks
8. Proceed for payment.
9. Download the Receipt after Successful transaction.
10. Upload this receipt on your online admission Forms.
