Subject: Collection of Balance Fees from Students of Semester I

All students of DSEU in semester I of Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs
academic year 2022-23 are informed that the ERP portal will be open for balance fee collection.

At the time of admission, a amount of Rs. 7875 in fees was collected from students of
partial
Semester I. These students are now directed to deposit the balance fees online via the ERP as

per the payment schedule below:

Payment Start Date 17th March 2023

Last Date of Payment 31 March 2023

| Last Date of Payment with Fine of Rs. 250/- | 10th April 2023

| Last Date of Payment with Fine of Rs. 500/- 17th April 2023

In case of non- payment of fee beyond 17th April 2023, the admission of the student will
stand cancelled.

The fee structure is annexed herewith.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
