Compact, cordless, easy to use, high accuracy sensing. The CTair revolutionizes the air
quality monitoring network industry. Understanding urban air pollution and the potential
impact on health is fundamental to both city structure and planning.

The CTair+ monitoring station is a fixed unit that collects information from a variety of
sensors and presents the data in an easy to understand graphical interface. By applying
information collected from multiple data points, the CTair allows the user gain a complete
understanding of the chemical compounds being monitored. It has been designed to be
dispatched into a network of CTair units. Due to its lightweight design the CTair unit can
easily be installed and mounted to a light fixture or utility pole.
FRAMEWORK

Mounting Instructions: Utility Pole or Wall

The CTair has four mounting feet used to mount it to a wall or post. These mounts
are shown as illustrated here. There are several ways to mount the CTair, for ex-
ample, to mount on a brick wall, use an anchor bolt or masonry screw bolt. Or, you
can also use a securely fastened heavy duty mounting ring to fasten your CTair
to a pole.
Locking Capabilities
The CTair enclosure has a place for small lock to prevent unauthorized access to
the internal components. Small pad locks, steel cable locks etc. can be installed on
the hole securing the lid to the chassis.
COMMISSIONING
Voltage Rating
The CTair is rated for 3KV isolation voltage. There are 2 main ways to
power this unit: solar power and wired power.

Solar Power and Battery

Unit is packaged withlithium Ion batteries built inside. Panel must be in-
stalled and angled accordingly. Monitor for 24 hours

Wired Power Entry

Input wire is a cable gland clamping wire with a diameter range from 1.5
to 6mm (different ranges available). Entry wire is AC line with input volt-
age of 100-240VAC 50/60Hz with ground wire. The cable is rated for out-
door use, and the cable gland is IP68 rated.
