1. On May 1, 2020, A, a resident of Greenhills, San Juan City

borrowed money in the amount of PHP300,000.00 from B, a
resident of Mandaluyong City and as evidence of his
obligation he executed a promissory note obliging himself to
pay B the said amount within a period of ten (10) months
together with an interest of Php1,000.00 per month and that it
was agreed by them that the obligation becomes due and
demandable without need of a demand upon the expiration of
the ten (10) month period.

A. Can B file a complaint against A before the Court

immediately on May 30, 2022 without need of further
demand for the latter to pay his obligation to him.?

B. What is the cause of action of B against A?

C. Prepare a Complaint.

D. If B opts to file a case against A in the Barangay where he

resides at Greenhills, San Juan City Can B do so? Why?

2. Prepare a Motion For Postponement when you as counsel for

the accused has a conflict of schedule in your cases and you
cannot attend the scheduled hearing in a Criminal Case.

3. Prepare a Motion To Lift Order of Arrest if your client failed to

attend the scheduled hearing of his case.

4. Prepare an Attestation Clause.
