FINAL DEMAND LETTER

ASIAN SPICE/LUTONG ILOCANO
ROBINSON’S PLACE TUGUEGARAO CITY/SANTIAGO CITY

A Contract was entered by and between you and I, stating therein that I will conduct a
renovation on ASIAN SPICE and LUTONG ILOCANO in Robinson’s Place Tuguegarao city and
Santiago City, respectively. In exchange thereof, you and I agreed and came up to P2,000,000.00 as
consideration for the renovation of the above said restaurants.

Upon the execution of the said contract, you issued a check with an amount of P1,000,000.00
in favor of me as Down payment for the renovations of the said restaurants.

That after the completion of the renovations on the said restaurants, which is my obligation
indicated in the contract, I asked from you the remaining balance of P1,000,000.00 but you failed to
do so. Despite of my repeated demand from you to pay your unsettled obligation it still remains
unpaid up to this moment.

I exerted efforts to reach you and to demand payment from you but you chose to avoid me
by not answering any of my messages or calls.

And so, I am demanding from you to pay your unsettled obligation to me amounting to
P1,000,000.00. I am giving you a ten (10) day ultimatum from receipt hereof to satisfy your unpaid
obligation otherwise I will be constrained to resort to every means that the law provides for me to
make you settle your obligation.

Let this serve as my FINAL DEMAND LETTER TO SATISFY YOUR UNPAID OBLIGATION and
I hope you treat this letter with utmost importance and necessity.
