    RE: DEMAND LETTER

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This refers to your Agreement with my client ________________ as regards your loan
    with a total amount of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱220,000.00)
    subject to the collateral of your house.

    It appears that you have not paid any amount including the interest as stipulated in the
    attached copy of your Agreement.

    In this connection, you are demanded to pay the full amount due of ₱220,000.00 plus the
    10% interest or ₱180,000.00 for the 18 months you failed to pay within ten (10) days receipt of
    this letter or you may coordinate to the number written above.
