COMES NOW, the Complainant Leonardo Dimaculangan

through the undersigned Counsel, before this Honorable Office,
most respectfully avers that:

1. A Motion for Execution of Judgment was filed on March 29,

2017. Unfortunately, to date, no resolution was received from
the Regional Trial Court, br. 81, Quezon City;

2. This Motion is not intended for delay but is motivated only by

the foregoing reasons;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, Respondents most

respectfully prays for the early resolution of the Motion for
Execution in the above-captioned case and such other reliefs just
and equitable under the premises are also prayed for.
