MANIFESTATION

Petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, in

compliance with this Honorable Court’s Resolution dated 29
November 2017, respectfully manifests:

1. On 19 December 2017, the Public Attorney’s Office

– Special and Appealed Cases Service (PAO-SACS_ received a
copy of the aforementioned Resolution of this Honorable Court.

2. Under the aforesaid Resolution, the parties were

given a period of fifteen (15) days from notice within which to
file their respective Memoranda.

3. To avoid being repetitious, a Memorandum will no

longer be filed considering that the private respondent,
through counsel, has exhaustively discussed the assigned
errors in the Petition for Review.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most

respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the foregoing
Manifestation be considered in lieu of a Memorandum.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
