PETITION FOR PROBATION

The following accused,JOHN LOUIE BLASÉ y ABATAYO,

MICHAEL TRONIADO y PEROCHO, DENNIS P. BACO, ROGEN
DIGAMO, ROLANDO B. TEJANO and MENARD MOCAY y
CORONEL, applicant for probation under the provisions of
Presidential Decree No. 968, as amended, through the Public
Attorney’s Office, by the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable
Court, declares:

1.) That on August 6, 2020,all the above-named accused

pleaded guilty for simple disobedience under a plea-bargaining
agreement with the prosecutionand was accordingly sentenced to pay
the fine of Two Thousand Pesos in the above-captioned case;

2.) That all the accused hasnot paid the fine imposed;

3.) That all the accused are not disqualified to avail of the
benefits of the Probation law as amended by R.A. 10707;

4.) That all the accused has not previously been convicted by
final judgment of any offense punished by imprisonment of more than
one (6) years and one (1) day or a fine of not more than OneThousand
pesos (Php 1,000.00); and

5.) That all the accused has not been once on probation under
the provisions of PD 968 as amended.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that the Application for Probation of all
Five (5) accused be granted.

Other reliefs as are just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
