2021-2022 IN LIGHT OF THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTfl EMERGENCY". It stated, among
others, that the face-to-face conduct of the EOSY rites is highly discouraged to ensure the
protection of the health, safety, and well-being of learners, teachers, personnel, as well as
pai;ents, and other stakeholders. However, schools and Community learning Centers ·(CLCs)
in Alert ·1evels I and 2 and in consultation with the local government unit as well as
parents/ guardians may opt to hold a lirr:.ited face to face t,r . hybrid ceremony with strict
compliance to the IATF protocols. Schools must obtain parentcl consent for learners to
