37.What should we do in order to live a longer and healthier life?

Our body is our temple and we need to take care of it to be healthy and feel good. The majority of
people rarely care about a healthy diet and lifestyle, but they are very worried about how to cure
various diseases, lose weight, return to natural skin color and feel light in the body. Good health
depends not only on proper nutrition and exercise, but also on good mental health, healthy self-
esteem and a healthy lifestyle. You need to drink more water. Most of us don't actually drink
enough water every day. Water is necessary for our body for the body to function properly. Enough
sleep. If you do not get enough sleep, then you have not been able to regain strength and during
the day you will be exhausted, and to somehow regain energy, you will be drawn to small snacks,
which often belong to unhealthy foods. In addition, lack of sleep causes premature aging. Physical
activity should be maintained not only 2 times a week for an hour, I do fitness. You need to be
physically active every day. Motion is life. If possible, replace transport with walking, elevator with
stairs. Do gymnastics at home.
Eat more fruit. Fruits contain many vitamins and minerals. Any vitamins and pills can not replace
fruits, which are naturally inherent in nutrients and minerals. Eat more vegetables. Like fruits,
vegetables are important for improving our health. If possible, you should eat vegetables every day,
and even better if they are the basis of your diet. One of the most important things is Love yourself.
If you do not love yourself and think badly of yourself, then others will not love you. Be positive in
your side and find in yourself those qualities for which you can be loved and appreciated.

38. Do you agree with the statement that we are so busy making a living that we forget to make a
life?
I think people often do get so caught up in a job or career that they don’t remember the importance
of other things besides work, including family, friendships, personal health, etc.

These are the people who are always trying to gather as much as they can for their future, their
children, their family, their personal needs and everything. All they worry about is money, all they
want is economic stability and security for their family.

You will see these people always telling that they will live their lives later, that is why they are
gathering so much. But little do they realize that when they finally will stop worrying about making a
living, and start enjoying their life, it will be too late for them to soak the energy and the enthusiasm
life offers them.

Therefore, you should not worry so much about living that you completely forget to make a life and
live it. Yes, making a living is important, without the living, how will you live, but it is also important
to appreciate the importance of life and live it to this moment.

So enjoy every moment life throws at you, be it a problem you need to solve, or an opportunity you
need to grab, this is the best thing you can do.

39. Do you agree with the statement that life is what happens to you while you`re busy making other
plans?
“Life is what happens to you while you`re busy making other plans”,said John Lennon. And he was
absolutely right.
Life is so beautiful. It brings joy, love, beauty and kindness, peace and harmony. The essence of our
existence is to learn to build a happy life and be happy. But often in everyday life we forget about it.
We are completely absorbed in our work, our plans, our responsibilities that we simply forget to live
and enjoy life. In today's world, planning your future is at the forefront. We are constantly trying to
make plans for tomorrow, for the month, for the year or five ahead. We get tense and frustrated,
get depressed and send anger and resentment to others and it comes back to us again. Instead of
finding harmony and balance in life, remember what is now and today, what life is now. There are
many moments - the sun rises, flowers open, birds sing, and a light breeze blows through the
branches of trees. It's life! However, life is very short. This is well understood by those who are
already facing death. But in my youth I never think about it. You need to live so that at the end of
your life you do not regret anything, so that you can remember every day lived with joy, inspiration,
love.
