BE GENTLE WHEN HANDLE PATIENT WHICH HAVING FRAGILE SKIN.NOT WEARING PAMPERS EXPOSE THE AREA TO GET GOOD
VENTILATION IF PATIENT ON CBD AND NO FREQUENT IN BOWEL OPEN.
