Methodology
• System is designed to serve the purpose of
helping people to monitor their vital parameters.
Heart rate is calculated as BPM (beats per
minute) using a Pulse Oximeter and Heart Rate
sensor. Motion tracking sensor is also used.
Esp8266 is used as a controller.OLED is used for
display.
• For coding Arduino IDE is used and for app
development java is used in android studio. Once
interfacing is completed, a customized 3D
printed case will be designed for an intact look[3].
Limitations
• The smart health band is primarily used for
monitoring and supervision. It does not eliminate
the need for a hospital physician's diagnosis and
care.
• If the device is not connected with the Wifi then
it will not be able to send notification to the app.
