Low-Quality Materials

The quality of construction materials is very important in recent times because it will contribute to

progress and improvement. Low quality of materials in construction is one of the problems in our country.

Other people buy low-quality materials because it’s cheap and affordable. However, poor quality includes

not only costs associated with product defects but also costs associated with company procedures,

practices, or tasks that lead to deficiencies or errors.

According to Pro Crew Schedule (2020), Leaks, cracks in concrete, unexpected falls from the

ceiling, and structural failure are all difficulties caused by poor quality construction materials. In addition,

using poor-quality materials will save you money in the short term. In the long run, you will definitely

pay more. These materials are susceptible to scale, dent, washout, warp, discolor, fracture, chip, and
