The 15th March, 2019
No. Leg. 22/2019.— The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana
received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 8th March, 2019 and is hereby published
for general information:-
HARYANA ACT NO. 22 OF 2019
THE HARYANA PRIVATE UNIVERISTIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019
AN
ACT
further to amend the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventieth Year of the
Republic of India as follows:-

1. This Act may be called the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2019. Short title.

2. In the Schedule to the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006, after serial number 22 and Amendment of
entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be added, namely:- Schedule to
Haryana Act 32 of
2006.
“23. Om Sterling Global University Hisar”.
