office 365 rather than openoffice 3.3

The first thing is that the openoffice that they are using
an outdated version of openoffice that more than likely
has a bunch of bugs in it if they wanted to keep
openoffice then they will need to install the newer
version of it which the newer version is 4.2.0 which also
includes new features and security updates and bug
fixes. Were as Microsoft office 365 is widely known and
has a way of getting companies to buy the software with
Microsoft office the software automatically updates with
new features with every update. The company might
need to pay for training if some people don’t know how
to use office 365.
