1. How does demand and estimation play a role on the research paper that was

Answer:

Before I further explained my thoughts of this video I watch first let me

mention the definition of demand and estimation, means a model how consumer
behavior change due to changes in the price of the product, consumer income or
any other variable that impacts demand, demand estimations provides
information about the prices and respective quantities that consumers are willing
to demand, that demand and estimation play a role on the research paper to
know the enrollment and graduation from nursing programs increased
dramatically, number of nursing schools rapidly expanded to accommodate
increased demand, although students passed licensure exam at lower rates,
increase in licensed nurses outweighed increase in nurse migration, for each

countries with limited postsecondary infrastructure, highlight importance of well-
designed partnership between receiving and sending countries, such partnership
can present a win-win situation, allow receiving to subsidize training for workers
in sending countries while facilitation migration of skilled workers, this research
served as a basis not all nursing can work to USA, studies used to determined
the nursing student have a competent to migrate in USA.

2. What is your opinion regarding the speaker’s presentation and arguments?

Answer:

I been watched the video about 2 times my opinion regarding the

speakers’ presentation is that some of his topics is very relevant to our topics
that you discuss Sir Tommy, some slides he uses the graphs in order so
show the truthfulness of his report, studies they did in order to delivered the
information will to the audience, his uses references to support the data’s that
he has, the common arguments: even if returns to schooling could induce
enrollment, supply constraints bind, human capital views education as an
investment, where costs are compared to the discounted stream of expected
future benefits, primarily in the form of greater wages, this possibility is
particularly important to consider for developing countries, where educational
attainment remains persistently low despite high measured returns, there are
of course many potential explanations for this puzzle, such as a poverty and
credit constraints, or simply mismeasured return on the part of the researcher
(i.e., education is low because the true returns are low).
The effect of policy changes of number of nursing programs, the average
high nurse migration had increased nursing graduates in high relative to low
nurse migration provinces, with an average of 30 new nurse departures is
high relative to low nurse migration provinces during the post-expansion
period, these nationwide increases are not necessarily casual, but they can
help put into perspective the huge scales of increases in nursing enrollment
and graduation.
