Terms and Conditions:

1. During the course of the training, the students will be required to make their own
arrangement for lodging and boarding. No responsibility except imparting the training
is under taken by the CSPTCL.
2 The trainee shall hold the
Company immune from all responsibility and liability and
shall have or make no claim, whatsoever
account of arising
against the Company for or otherwise on
directly or indirectly from any accident or cause, resulting in
injury/death of the trainee or otherwise in the course of or in connection with his/her
training as a consequence of negligence, lack of skill, breach or disregard of rules and
the due precaution which are
generally observed by persons engaged in the
transmission of electrical energy, on his/her own
part or on the of other
persons what so ever. Student shall submit an undertaking in this part regard, any
to the in-
charge of the training at the time of joining.
3. The student shall be liable to make
payment of training fee as per rules of CSPTCL
imposed) and also liable to make payment for any damage to machinery/goods (if7
instruments arising out of his/her
Addl. CE (HR) CSPTCL,
negligence or carelessness. The decision of the
Raipur towards the liability of the candidate to compensate
the amount thereof shall be final &
binding on them.
4. In view of corona virus
(Covid-19) pandemic, students shall ensure wearing mask,
maintaining social distance all the time and also follow the safety guidelines, issued
from time to time by
Chhattisgarh State Power Companies /Central Govt./ State Govt.
during their course of training
5. After
completion of the training, respective in-charge of the training will issue
necessary training certificate.
