If you require assistance during the night please speak to a Committee Member,
recognisable by their blue sashes, or visit the Porters’ Lodge.

A supervised cloakroom is located in the Nihon Room. Items are left at the owner’s risk.

Please keep your wristband securely attached and visible all night. If you wish to leave
the Event or your wristband comes loose, please head to the Porters’ Lodge. There will
be no readmission.

In the event of a fire, remain calm and follow instructions from Committee Members
and Fire Stewards who will direct you to safety. If you are told by a Fire Steward that an
area has reached its fire safety capacity, please do not enter until told.

Should you require medical assistance, medical professionals can be found in the
Graduate Parlour. Please note that strobe lighting effects may be used around the Event.

Smoking (including electronic) is only permitted within the Smoking Area outside the
Junior Parlour and Red Buildings. Please use the ashtrays provided.

Please note the June Event Committee retain the right to use any images taken during
the night for their own publicity in digital or hard copy format. Please speak to the
photographers if you have any concerns about this.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee all our food is nut free. All food staff are aware
of the allergens in the food they are serving, please speak to them for more specific
information. Water is available at all of our bars.

We reserve the right to eject any individual whose behaviour we believe to be


detrimental to the running of the Event or to the enjoyment of other guests; the
decision of the Committee and security staff is final. The Committee accepts no
liability for personal injury or loss incurred by guests.

Belting out recent hits as well as more classic rock tunes on Pembroke’s main stage,
Circus Mind are sure to light up the Bowling Green with blaring guitars.

Headlining the Main Stage are the rising stars King No-One. Delivering indie-rock you
can dance to as well as a range of catchy and mellower hits in their live sets, the band are
stopping off at Pembroke before a string of festival appearances.

May Ball favourites Colonel Spanky’s return to Pembroke. Expect knees-up dancing,

Syzygy is a seven-piece jazz-funk fusion combo that plays a mixture of rap, vocal and

Cambridge-based producer and DJ, Nick Carter returns to Pembroke’s main stage
once again to wrap up an incredible night. His work has been heard everywhere from
