Profile A humanistic counsellor, experienced in working with trauma, whose experience builds on work with vulnerable
people since 2000 and since 2002 in leadership roles. I love that counselling’s ethical focus gives me a framework to
work to empower people. I believe in client autonomy and create an environment where the client can build resilience and
self-belief. I am a calm, gentle, warm and authentic counsellor who prizes achievement and is always attentive and
empathic. I believe in growth and see the good in people. I sometimes use mindfulbess or creative techniques to enhance
