SYNOPSIS

SR.NO DATE EVENTS

1. Trisha (victim/wife) and Anshuman
(accused no.1/husband) a married
couple having a two year old male child.

2. Motilal gupta (accused no. 2) is

servant working for accused no. 1
family since 17 years and residing with
them.
3. xx/xx/xxxx On the night of dt xx/xx/xxxx victim
trisha went to the kitchen to get milk for
the child leaving her phone in the
bedroom
4. Accused no.1 – Anshuman, the
husband is of suspicious nature when
he saw trisha’s phone ring, he picked it
up and heard a male voice of the caller
asking his wife trisha to meet up after
accused no. 1 is asleep.
5. This triggered accused no.1 Anshuman
due to his suspicion, he lost his temper
and went to the kitchen and threw
boiling water on victim Trisha and
then he started beating her mercilessly.

6. Trisha the victim screamed due to

which the child came into the kitchen in
his mothers arms, to safeguard the
child, Trisha took the kid and ran
towards the Gate but Accused no. 1
pushed the victim leading the child to
fall and get a severe head injury.

7. On the commotion Motilal (accused

no.2 ) came into the kitchen and saw
the child lying in the pool of blood, he
took the child in his arms and the child
was unconscious and not breathing.
Trisha scared for her life ran towards
the gate but the main gate was locked
and guarded by accused no. 2 Motilal.

8. Anshuman (accused no.1) stabbed

Trisha in the chest with a knife multiple
times leading to her death.

9. Hence the prosecution is filling the

criminal petition under section
34,299,302,307,329, of Indian Penal
Code, 1860
