Note
1 Total offer Price shall remain firm and fixed basis till the end of the contract. Offer validity shall be 6 months from the date of submission.

2 Items/Quantities as specified/listed/considered above by supplier shall not limit the scope of supply/services of the supplier. Any item and/or Service, Additional Quantities
as required/applicable to satisfy the Technical Specification Requirement shall be part of scope though not explicitly specified/listed/considered and quantified.

Repair/Replacement of material/equipment including to & fro transportation from site to supplier's works shall be taken care by supplier; Note: Acceptance of repair as part
3 of trouble shooting shall be subject to Owner/NTPC approval.

Visits as required from Experts/Supplier's representative/Supplier's Sub-supplier representative for trouble shooting, commissioning of special equipment, analyzers,

instruments etc shall be in supplier's scope and included in above price.

5 Any other services required for completion of scope of works for total scope of work shall be deemed inclusive in contract price.

6 Supervision charges are inclusive of to & fro travelling, lodging & boarding and local conveyance. No overtime shall be paid over & above Per-diem rate.

7 All the statutory requirement including Insurance (in the State where the work is being carried out) for supplier's manpower shall be complied and borne by supplier.

8 Man day date shall be counted from date of reporting at site to the date of departure from site (travel time will not be considered for Man day calculation). Further, Holiday
and Weekly off shall not be counted in Man-day Calculation

This price offer is being submitted based on Inquiry specification and subsequent TQ closure. Supplier hereby confirms that, there is no deviation considered in this price
