Meet your teacher for the next year!

Dear Parent,

Greetings of the day!

We hope that you and your family are doing well and are in good health.

We will be having virtual student parent teacher interaction between 24nd March to 26th March to
facilitate a productive conversation between the teacher and the parents. We have shared the
roaster for the meeting with this email, please have a look and be available for the meeting as per
the slot provided for you.

The agenda of the meeting will be:

1. Interaction with the class teacher

2. Student performance for the year
3. Discussion on achievements and areas of improvement
4. Bring out the action plan for covering the learning gaps if any
5. Meet the class teacher for the next academic year

As this is going to be a virtual PTM we would like all of us to follow certain essential agreements.

1. Stick to the time slots given

2. Adhere to the meeting duration
3. Respect the time of both the parties and the others waiting to meet the teacher
4. In case of technical issue, teacher will inform the parent or vice versa, immediately so the
meeting can be rescheduled
5. Only if it is extremely difficult to attend the meeting in the given slot, parents may inform
the teacher so that we can reschedule the meeting
6. The duration of PTM is 20 minutes, in case you require more time please inform the teacher
so she can give you the time slot after all the PTMs are completed

The meeting will be conducted in the class teachers google classroom. (Grade 6H - Social -
Ms.Akshita)
