Through this project we would

like to present you some types of


foods which we take usually in
our meals.

Most of those food items are


prepared by our mums with the
things which we can find out
from our surrounding easily.

So, they are always fresh and fine.


Our aim is to convey you an
idea about the food and beverage
kinds which we eat.
A diet of traditional rice three times a day gave our ancestors
all the energy they needed to carry out a multitude of heavy
tasks, from ploughing paddy fields to chopping firewood, to
walking several miles daily and still have energy to spare.

Even now most meals we have rice and curry. Sometimes


forcefully we are fed with rice and curry as the breakfast .
However Rice is the staple food in our country.

home usually in our meals.

different seasonal climates.

Available everywhere

We used eat them in various
special occasions such as in
