A ROAD TO PARADISE
CLASS IV
Dear Parents,
Greetings from Team DPSG!!!
The much-awaited summer vacation is knocking at the door!

AHAA!!! HAPPINESS IS RIGHT HERE!

The most cherished time of the session, summer vacation is here to bring smiles on
children’s faces. Summer vacations are synonymous with fun, frolic, getting up late,
playing for longer hours and watching fun filled shows on television. Let’s welcome the
rejuvenating summer break.
Summer, Summer,
Is almost here,
Time for fun,
And swimming gear.

Trips to the beach,

Are always such fun,
I can hardly wait,
Let’s give a big CHEER!.
This summer break lets blend enjoyment with learning and introspection.

The students are the budding future leaders who will lead the world to be a happy place.
We aim to support our learners in their journey to sustainable happiness through scholastic
and integrated creative activities to unleash their hidden talents and create a spirit of
inquiry and creativity.
With this aim the engagements in this vacation project have been meticulously planned,
keeping in mind the development of essential skills like creativity, problem solving,
research and communication.

Some suggestions in this regard:

Let your ward EXPLORE and participate in the Wonder that is Nature.
Encourage your child explore the wilderness and discover fauna and flora of the
place you visit during the vacation. Let him/her fill with wonder for God's bounties
bestowed on us.

Let your ward DISCOVER different cultures, traditions, cuisines, local crafts, etc.
of places that you visit during the vacation. Make your ward note down fine details.
It will become a cherished document a few years down the line.
Expand Knowledge: Take advantage of your leisure time to open your mind to
new knowledge and experiences. Encourage your ward to pursue new hobbies, play
games, learn to play an instrument, try his/her hands at writing poetry or a blog,
read newspapers and magazines to keep abreast with current happenings.

Let your ward chalk out a timetable for his/her daily routine. Assist him/her and
teach him/her to prioritize. Counsel him/her to devote some time to studies as well.

After the summer vacations, the school will be ready to welcome you back all rejuvenated
and excited. The school will close for summer vacation from Monday, 30 May 2022.
