Resume
I studied the bachelor of Law in the University of Guadalajara with the speciality in Public taxes
and Adminitration Laws, and i when i finish, i got the Honor on academic Performance; After
my study i praticed in different2 places like in Bar association on social security, commerce laws
and administration laws; Of course after that, i flied to Toronto, CA for 6 monts to practice my
english and live in another society, and in the experience i worked and studied.
When i returned to Mexico, i decided and contested to the Master degree in Public
Adminitration3 in Russia4, and i was selected for this program, and lived there 3 years, and when
graduated my thesis was the best of the Master Degree about the “Theory of Information
Convergence in the Systems, one explication of Boom and bust Cycles in the actuality. When i
returned to Mexico i gave a master class to High School Students in San Jose de Gracia for 6
months.
Actually i work in the Secretary of Infraestructure and Public building 5 and i have two certified
in Budget based in results and the other one in Evaluation of socioeconomic projects of public
invesment, i am here for more than 1 years, and i created my Society “DAPARSA6” for create
one world better with science of Administration.
I know that i dont know all and always will learn new information and new ideas, thats why i
love my reality, because i will never be tired and always will give all to understand, learn and
act in pro of the humanity. The world is the best teacher of my live and i have all time to learn.
