Objectives of the induction process

After the end of the induction process Daniel Zgrdja must

 have precise knowledge of the role and the activities, competences and responsibilities which come with
it,
 have learned the required specialist knowledge and work methods quickly and
 recognize how the task is situated within the workflow.

Aspects that are not dependent on the role

After the end of the induction process Mr. Daniel Zgrdja must

 be familiar with the work environment, the interfaces between their own department and other areas as
well as the structure and processes of the business area,
 have familiarized themselves with the product portfolio and structure of ZF Friedrichshafen AG at the
Schweinfurt location and
 have obtained an insight into the organization of the company.

Job description

 Execution of product-/project based profitability calculations and alignment of the result with respective
stakeholders
 Act as commercial business partner to the project team and steer financial project performance
 Collecting, monitoring and plausibility check for all input data of profitability calculations including
data from ZF internal suppliers
 Creation of deviation analyses, preparation and support for cost workshops and customer negotiations
 Feasibilty studies, economical evaluation and commercial support for change processes
 Proactive costs controlling in order to ensure target profitability and initiation of countermeasures in
close collaboration with Project Manager
 Preparation of feasibility studies for implementation of new products/product lines
 Economical assesment in context of (MoB) make or buy investigaations.
 Preparing different kind of commercial reports and ad-hoc analysis related to projects
