OBJECTIVES AND STANDARDS


1 Must work accordingly to client needs and objectives.
2 Ensure to meet deadlines established by the client.
3 Must have a keen sense of deadlines, work well under pressure and be highly organized.
4 Should be able to interpret instructions/comments and return a strike off that accomplishes the client's stated objectives.
5 Work as a team, share good practices and discuss problems with the team and the head.
Overseeing projects includes developing expectations for the project to ensure it's completed in accordance with established quality standards

ACTIVITIES
Work with the end customer on processing artwork files in .psd or .ai format and developing sublimation printed graphics on fabric, using YTY’s

digital print machinery.
2 End to end responsibility for developing assigned graphic files.
3 Cross-check customer’s artwork file and be able to feedback technical limitations.

4 Develop strike-off by color matching and processing the file to achieve desired outlook – work with customer until approved for production

5 Give work order to production to print samples.


6 Handover to production team for bulk execution.
7 Overall management of development timeline and help track testing progress.
Work with the production team to ensure smooth handover of development files to help ensure development quality matches bulk production

quality.
9 Develop a library of printed fabrics and base fabrics, and be responsible for the YTY showroom.

Employee on DAP must indicate whether the objectives set were achieved or not through an accomplishment report that will be submitted to HRD at
the end of the DAP period. Receiving or requesting Department Manager must assess the results by affixing its signature of conformance on the
accomplishment report of the employee on DAP.
